It is our great pleasure to invite you and the representatives of your party to attend the Fourth General Assembly of the International Conference of Asian Political Parties (ICAPP) to be held in Seoul, during September 7 to September 10, 2006 under the main theme of ¡°Peace and Prosperity in Asia.¡±

On this occasion we would like to share our experiences in economic development and political democratization with all the political leaders in our region. It is also our hope that the outcomes of the conference will lead us a step closer to peace and unity in the entire Asian community.

We are pleased to inform you that the Uri Party and the co-sponsors of the conference will provide local accommodations for three members of each political party to be represented in the conference from September 7 through 10. All participants are cordially requested to arrive in Seoul to attend a welcoming reception, slated for the evening of Thursday, September 7.
