ICAPP Update (25-38): Joint Press Release on the Special Meeting Hosted by Malaysia to Address the Current Situation between Cambodia and Thailand

Attached please find the Joint Press Release issued by the Governments of Malaysia, Cambodia, and Thailand following the Special Meeting hosted by Malaysia on July 28, 2025 in Putrajaya, convened to address the current situation between Cambodia and Thailand.

The Meeting was co-organized with the active participation of the United States and the People’s Republic of China, and reaffirmed the shared commitment of all parties to agreeing immediate ceasefire and promoting peace, dialogue, and regional stability.
