ICAPP Update (25-66) Notification on the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Viet Nam

Dear Distinguished Members of the ICAPP Standing Committee,

Please find attached the official notification regarding the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Viet Nam (CPV), scheduled to be held from January 19 to 25, 2026, in Ha Noi, Viet Nam.

The Central Committee of the CPV has expressed that it would be deeply honored to receive letters or messages of congratulations and encouragement from ICAPP SC member.

To ensure these messages are received in time for the proceedings, the CPV has requested that any such correspondence be sent by January 15, 2026 via vietnam.io.cpv@dcs.vn.

ICAPP SC member are kindly invited to take note of this information and share it with their respective parties as they deem appropriate.
