ICAPP Update (26-02) ICAPP Observer Mission to the 13th Parliamentary Election in Bangladesh

Dear Distinguished Members of the ICAPP Standing Committee,

This is to inform you that the ICAPP Secretariat received an official invitation today from the Bangladesh Election Commission (BEC) to observe the upcoming 13th Parliamentary Election in Bangladesh. The election is scheduled to be held on 12 February 2026. The letter is attached herewith for your kind perusal.

The BEC has confirmed that local expenses, including accommodation, meals, and local transportation, will be covered.

In order to meet the deadline set by the BEC, we kindly request your understanding and cooperation in confirming your registration and availability to participate in the observation mission by 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, 5 February 2026.
