ICAPP Update (26-04) Memorial Service for H.E. Jose de Venecia, Jr.

Dear Distinguished Members of the ICAPP Standing Committee,

Please find attached the schedule of memorial services for the late H.E. Jose de Venecia, Jr., Founding Chairman and Chairman Emeritus of the ICAPP Standing Committee to be held in Manila, Philippines during February 11-18, 2026.

I discussed with Hon. Mushahid Hussain Sayed, Co-Chairperson of the SC, and agreed to attend the official memorial service as an ICAPP condolence mission. In this regard, we were requested by the Philippine House of Representatives to attend the memorial and necrological service to be held from 10:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Monday, February 16, 2026. They also asked us to send the list of members of the ICAPP mission as soon as possible.

Please send your arrival and departure flight information, if you wish to attend the memorial service, by not later than today. Also attached is the list of members of the ICAPP condolence mission who have confirmed so far.
