ICAPP Update (23-15): Updates on the Participants of the 1^st Meeting of the IBC

Dear Distinguished Members of the ICAPP Standing Committee,

This is to inform you that the Permanent Conference of Political Parties of Latin America and the Caribbean (COPPPAL) has nominated three representatives to participate in the 1^st Meeting of the ICAPP Business Council. In addition to Mexico, Dominican Republic will also be represented in the COPPPAL delegation.

The three representatives from COPPPAL to the 1^st Meeting of the IBC are as follows:

             - Mr. Ricardo Planco, Revolutionary Social Democratic Party, Dominican Republic

             - Mr. Manuel Herrejón Suárez

             - Mr. Oscar Herrejón
