Meeting – Forum on Eurasian Security Dear
Distinguished Members of the ICAPP Standing Committee, Attached is the
information letter on the Forum on Eurasian Security, which will be held in
Perm, Russian Federation, during May 28-30, 2025 prior to the 43rd
SC Meeting. As had been informed by ICAPP Update 25-8, dated March 18, 2025, SC
Members are also invited to attend the forum. In this regard,
please take note that the forum is officially referred to as the “International
Public-Political Hearing on Formation of a United and Equal System of Security
and Cooperation on the Eurasian Continent.” With warm
