43rd SC Meeting Dear
Distinguished Members of the ICAPP Standing Committee, Attached is the
updated list of participants for the 43rd Standing Committee
Meeting, to be held in Perm, Russian Federation, during May 28-30, 2025, as of
May 2, 2025. In this regard,
SC Members are kindly reminded that the United Russia Party, the host of the 43rd SC
Meeting, would not be able to make necessary arrangements for flights between
Moscow and Perm, if their flight details were not provided until Monday, May 5,
