Attached is the draft conclusion of the 28th SC Meeting held in Seoul on July 7, 2016.

SC Members are kindly requested to submit their comments on the draft at their earliest convenience.

Appendixes to the conclusions will be provided with the final text, except appendix XII (the statement on the Commune Council election in Cambodia) which was not included in the "annotated agenda."
