ICAPP Update (25-10) 43^rd SC Meeting

​Dear Distinguished Members of the ICAPP Standing Committee,

​Attached is the updated list of participants in the 43^rd SC Meeting to be held in Perm, Russian Federation on May 30, 2025.

SC Members are kindly requested to confirm their participation and also provide the list of accompanying delegates as quickly as possible in order for the United Russia Party (URP) to make necessary logistic arrangements.

​In this regard, all participants must also obtain entry visa to the Russian Federation in advance. The Secretariat has been informed that it is not possible to issue visas upon arrival. SC Members, who may need any assistance in obtaining visas, are also requested to inform the Secretariat with the photocopy of their passports.
