Attached are the Annotated Agenda for the 13th SC Meeting, the list of participants of the 13th SC Meeting, and the list of participating political parties and observers of poverty alleviation conference which will be held during July 13-20, 2010 in Kunming, China. Detailed program and handbook of the conference will be available to all the participants upon arrival in Kunming.
