With regard to the 19th Plenary Meeting of the COPPPAL to be held in San Salvador, El Salvador during Oct. 9-12, 2010, we are pleased to inform you that the COPPPAL Secretariat will be responsible for the hotel accommodation and local transportation.

In this respect, please inform us whether you or your representative will attend the said meeting in San Salvador at your earliest convenience, together with your flight itinerary.
