ICAPP Update (21-20) Invitation to the 10th National Congress of the Communist Party of Nepal 

Dear Distinguished Members of the ICAPP Standing Committee,

At the request of the Communist Party of Nepal (UML), the ICAPP Secretariat would like to circulate an Invitation Letter from UML to the members of the ICAPP Standing Committee.

UML has also suggested that in case in-person participation to its 10th National Congress is not possible, messages on behalf of the SC members' parties would also be appreciated.
