ICAPP Update (24-23): MOU between ICAPP and PABSEC

Dear Distinguished Members of the Standing Committee,

This is to inform you that consultation is now under way between the Secretariats of the ICAPP and the PABSEC, Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation on exchanges of observers, at the proposal from the PABSEC. Attached are the draft MOU and the brief introduction of the PABSEC.
