The 7th Meeting of the Standing Committee of the International Conference of Asian Political Parties was held at Hotel Shilla in Seoul, Republic of Korea. 

The Meeting was chaired by H.E. Jose de Venecia, Chairman of the Standing Committee and Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Republic of the Philippines, and attended in total by twelve members of the Standing Committee.  The list of participants and the program are attached as Appendix I and II.

At the Meeting, the Members discussed a wide range of issues pertaining to the following topics: (1) Review of the ICAPP activities; (2) Future of the ICAPP, which included (a) the venue of the 5^th General Assembly of the ICAPP, (b) the venue of the 8th Standing Committee of the ICAPP, (c) formation of the new standing committee, (d) selection of the priority projects relevant to the ICAPP objectives, (e) improvement of the official website of the ICAPP, (f) Update on the Database of the Political Parties in Asia; and (3) Other related matters.
