ICAPP Update (23-45) Amendments to the TORs of the ICAPP Youth Wing
and Women’s Wing In continuation of the ICAPP Update (23-43), dated August 11,
2013, this is to inform you that the Terms of Reference (TORs) of the ICAPP Youth
Wing and the Women’s Wing were amended at the plenary sessions of the 7th
Meeting of the Youth Wing and the 6th Meeting of the Women’s Wing
held on August 5, 2013 in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia as follows: 1. The frequency of the regular meetings of the two
affiliated groups was changed to “at least once in two years” from “annual” 2. The number of Bureau Members of the two bodies was reduced
to “one Chairperson” from “two Co-Chairpersons,” and to “up to four Vice
Chairpersons” from “five to six Vice Chairpersons.” In accordance with the new TORs, the Chairpersons and two
Vice Chairpersons for each body had been elected at the plenary sessions as
well. In this regard, it was agreed that up to two more Vice Chairpersons each
for the two affiliated bodies will be nominated in consultation between the
newly elected Chairpersons and the Members of the ICAPP Standing Committee in
due course. Attached are the amended TORs and the new list of Bureau
Members of the ICAPP Youth Wing and Women’s Wing. With warm
