Dear ICAPP Standing Committee Bureau,

We hope that all the SC members are well even in the midst of the COVID-19 Pandemic and very much hope that life will return to normal as soon as possible.

The Hon. Jan Zahradil, the European Chair of the Asia Europe Political Forum(AEPF), has conveyed a message, informing us that the European side hopes to reschedule the dates for the AEPF meeting, proposing options in May, 2021, including the period from 21(Friday) to 23(Sunday) May, 2021.

In this regard, the Secretariat kindly requests your views on the proposed dates for the next AEPF by 22 June. If there are no objections to the proposed date communicated by 22 June, the Secretariat will inform the Czech side that we tentatively accept the dates of 21-23 May for the next AEPF.
