Dear Distinguished Members of the ICAPP Standing Committee,

We wish all the SC members well even in the midst of the COVID-19 Pandemic and very much hope that life will return to normal as soon as possible.

The Secretariat is pleased to remind the Members of the ICAPP Standing Committee that this year is being remarked as the 20^th Founding anniversary of the ICAPP.

Although the pandemic has prevented us from having a celebration for the anniversary this year, we believe that our deep solidarity and close networks will lead us to the next 20 years ahead.
