Dear Distinguished Members of the ICAPP Standing Committee,

We are very saddened to inform you that Hon. Samdech Vibol Panha Sok An, Vice Chairman of the ICAPP Standing Committee, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister in charge of the Council of Ministers, and Member of the Supreme Council of the Cambodian People's Party, passed away in the evening of March 15, 2017.

The condolence book will be open in Phnom Penh during March 17-18, and the cremation ceremony will take place at 7:00 a.m. on March 19.
