Dear Distinguished Members of the ICAPP Standing Committee,

This is with great regret to inform you of the notification from the Mongolian People's Party that it won't be able to host the 28th SC meeting this year due to the presidential election to be held in June. The 28th SC meeting was to be held in Ulaanbaatar during May 25-27, 2017.

In this regard, the Secretariat will consult with several SC members who have earlier indicated their political parties' interest in hosting the 28th SC meeting during the first half of this year and inform the results of such consultations in due course.
