Dear Distinguished Members of the ICAPP Standing Committee,

In accordance with Paragraph 1, Article 13 of the ICAPP Charter, and as had been suggested at previous SC meetings, the Secretariat has appointed Hon. Jeon Jae-man, former Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to Thailand, as its Deputy Secretary General as of today.

Mr. Jeon's curriculum vitae is attached herewith for your reference.

Mr. Jeon will assist the Secretary General in executing such functions as are described in Article 12 of the ICAPP Charter, and will be in charge of general management of the Secretariat.
