This is to inform you that the Institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI) of Mexico will host a posthumous homage to Hon. Gustavo Carvajal Moreno, Former President of the National Executive Committee of the PRI and Founding Chairman of the Permanent Conference of Political Parties of Latin America and the Caribbean (COPPPAL) in Mexico City on Thursday, April 27, 2017.
