Dear Distinguished Members of the ICAPP Standing Committee,

With regard to the 28th SC Meeting, the 3rd Meeting of the ICAPP Media Forum and the 1st Meeting of the Asia Europe Political Forum (AEPF) to be held in Seoul during July 6-10, SC Members are kindly requested to confirm their participation with their flight itineraries and requested to jointly recommend one senior journalist from their country who will attend the Media Forum meeting.

In addition, participants, who want to join the tour program of Panmunjom in the Demilitarized Zone (DMZ) on Saturday, July 8th, should inform the Secretariat by June 2nd with the photocopy of their passports(page with photo and details of the passport holder). Applications which are received after the deadline will not be processed in accordance with the regulations of the authorities which administer the entrance of visitors to the DMZ.

Attached are the tentative program, concept paper for the AEPF Meeting, travel advisory and registration forms, which had been already circulated before.
