Dear Distinguished Members of the ICAPP Standing Committee,

This is to inform you that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Cambodia has invited to send an ICAPP mission, on behalf of the National Election Committee(NEC) of Cambodia, to monitor the process of the election of Commune/Sangkat Council to be held on June 4, 2017.

SC Members, who wish to participate in the mission, are requested to confirm their participation at their earliest convenience.

Attached is the copy of the official invitation letter signed by Hon. Ouch Borith, Secretary of State, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Cambodia (including Declaration to comply with the Election Law, NEC Regulations and Observer’s Code of Conduct, and Application Form for International Observers).
