Dear Distinguished Members of the ICAPP Standing Committee,

I would like to inform that Hon. Chung Eui-yong, Co-Chairman of the ICAPP Standing Committee and Secretary General was appointed on 21 May (Sun.) as the Head of the National Security Office (NSO) in the Presidential Office of the Republic of Korea. He is now the top adviser for the President Moon Jae-in in the fields of national security, foreign affairs, defense and unification.

While he may not pay enough attention to the activities of the ICAPP, I will do my best for the success of the ICAPP with your cooperation and support, especially the successful convening of meetings in Seoul during 6-10 July (the 28th SC Meeting, the 3rd Meeting of the ICAPP Media Forum and the 1st Meeting of the Asia Europe Political Forum).
