Dear Distinguished Members of the ICAPP Standing Committee,

(Request to expedite the registration process) Following the ICAPP Updates 17-11 and 17-14, regarding the 28th SC Meeting, the 3rd Media Forum and the 1st Asia Europe Political Forum (AEPF) to be held in Seoul, Republic of Korea during July 6-10, 2017, we would like to request SC Members to confirm their participation in the above three meetings, and nominate journalists form their countries who will participate in the Media Forum at their earliest convenience, but not later than June 2, 2017.

(Application for DMZ tour) In addition, participants, who wish to join a special tour program of Panmunjom in the Demilitarized Zone dividing North and South Korea on Saturday July 8, should submit their registrations with the photocopy of their passports by June 2, 2017. In this regard, please be advised that registrations for the tour received after the deadline may not be processed in accordance with regulations of the authorities that administer entrance of foreign visitors to Panmunjom.
