ICAPP Update (23-28): Nomination Letter of the New SC Member (Kazakhstan)

As informed in ICAPP Update (23-26), the Amanat (Commitment) Party nominated Hon. Daulet Karibek, Secretary of the Amanat Party, as a representative in the ICAPP SC with an official letter.
