ICAPP Update (23-29): Letter to AK Parti of Türkiye

I would like to circulate a congratulatory letter written on behalf of the ICAPP SC by Hon. Chung Eui-yong, Chairperson of the ICAPP SC, and Hon. Mushahid Hussain Sayed, Co-Chairperson of the ICAPP SC, addressed to Hon.
