ICAPP Update (23-30): Preparation of the Official Invitation to the 6th ICAPP YW and 7th ICAPP WW

Dear Distinguished Members of the ICAPP Standing Committee,

The Secretariat would like to share the documents for the 6th Meeting of the ICAPP Youth Wing and the 7th Meeting of the ICAPP Women's Wing hosted by the governing Mongolian People's Party (MPP) in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia between August 4-7, 2023.

Attached are the official invitation letter, tentative program, concept paper, conference procedures and travel advisory confirmed with the MPP.

The ICAPP Secretariat and the host would welcome suggestions or comments on the documents from the SC Members by this Wednesday, June 7, 2023. The official invitation to the meetings will be sent out soon to all eligible political parties.
