ICAPP Update (23-34) Appointment of the New member of the ICAPP Standing Committee

Dear Distinguished Members of the ICAPP Standing Committee,

The Justice and Development Party (AK Party) of Türkiye has informed the Secretariat on July, 10, 2023 that Hon. Zafer Sırakaya, member of Parliament for Istanbul, had been appointed as the Deputy Chairman of the AK party in charge of Foreign Affairs to succeed Hon. Efkan Ala, who was appointed as the Vice Chairman of AK Party.

The AK Party also informed the Secretariat that Hon. Zafer Sırakaya is to serve as a new ICAPP Standing Committee member on behalf of the AK Party, replacing Hon. Efkan Ala.
