ICAPP Updates
Dear Distinguished Members of the ICAPP, We hope you are doing well. We are writing
to inform you that the registration for the 6th ICAPP Youth Wing and 7th ICAPP
Women's Wing Meetings held in Ulaanbaatar from August 4-7, 2023 are now closed. With regard to the 6th Youth Wing and 7th
Women's Wing Meetings of the ICAPP to be held in Mongolia during August 4-7,
2023, all the participants are kindly reminded of the following
arrangements. 1. All participants will be issued
entry visas upon their arrival and picked up by representatives of the host,
the Mongolian People's Party at the airport. Visa confirmations will be soon
sent to the participants who need them prior to their departure. 2. Participants, who arrive in Mongolia
prior to August 4, 2023, need to make hotel reservations by themselves in
Ulaanbaatar until August 4. They are also responsible for hotel accommodation
after the end of meetings on August 7. The following four hotels in Ulaanbaatar

Hotel in the Terelj National park, located 25 kilometers northeast of
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, which is about 30-minute drive. The host will
provide transportation from Ulaanbaatar to Terelj National Park in the morning
of August 4, and back to Ulaanbaatar after the meeting. Hotel accommodations
will be provided by the host for all participants during August 4-7, 2023
either in the Terelj Hotel or the Glory Resort Hotel, which are 20 kilometers
apart, and there will be shuttle bus service between them. In this regard, the participants who are
yet to provide the following information are kindly requested to do so as soon
as possible. 1.

reserved in Ulaanbaatar 3.
Diet preferences, i.e.
halal, vegetarian, etc 4.
Profile photos of the
