Distinguished members of the ICAPP Standing Committee,

It is my great honor and privilege to greet each and every one of you, as I begin to work as the Secretary General of the ICAPP Secretariat in Seoul as of August 1, 2023. I am most grateful that you rendered a kind consent to my appointment in this position, subject to the approval at the next Standing Committee meeting.

Hon. Chung Eui-yong, Chairperson of the ICAPP Standing Committee, and our team in the Secretariat, are ready to depart for Mongolia tomorrow for the preparations and participation of the Meetings of the ICAPP Youth and Women’s Wings in the country.

I hope to see all of you in person at the Meetings, and look forward to close collaboration in the future ahead.
