ICAPP Update (23-48): Outline of the 40th Meeting of the ICAPP Standing Committee and the 5th Asia-Europe Political Forum (AEPF)

Dear distinguished members of the ICAPP Standing Committee,

Following the preliminary consultations with the host country, the Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal, this is to inform you that the 40th meeting of the ICAPP Standing Committee and the 5th Asia-Europe Political Forum (AEPF) will be held in Kathmandu, Nepal during October 13-16, 2023.

The tentative program will be as follows.

- Friday, October 13

·         20:00-22:00 40th SC Meeting 

- Saturday, October 14

·         5th AEPF Meeting 

- Sunday, October 15

·         Cultural Program

- Monday, October 16

·         Departure of Delegates
