​ICAPP Update (21-21) New SC Member (Vietnam)

Dear Distinguished Members of the ICAPP Standing Committee,

The Secretariat would like to inform you that Hon. Nguyen Thi Hoang Van, Vice Chairperson of the Commission for External Relations of the Communist Party of Viet Nam has replaced Hon. Nguyen Manh Cuong as the representative of the Communist Party of Viet Nam in the ICAPP Standing Committee.
