ICAPP Update (21-23) Condolence Statement on the Passing Away of His Royal
Highness Samdech Krom Preah Norodom Ranariddh
We are very saddened to inform you that that His Royal Highness Samdech
Krom Preah Norodom Ranariddh, Chairperson of the Supreme Council for the King,
Chairperson of the Standing Committee of FUNCINPEC Party, First Prime Minister
of Cambodia, former President of the National Assembly, and Member of the ICAPP
Standing Committee, passed away on 28 November 2021 in France. Attached is the condolence statement issued by Hon. Jose de Venecia, Jr.,
