ICAPP Update (22-05) Letter from the Permanent Conference of Political Parties of Latin America and the Caribbean

Dear Distinguished Members of the ICAPP Standing Committee,

The Secretariat would like to circulate to all SC Members the email of 11 July 2022 sent from Hon. Sofia Carvajal Isunza, Executive Secretary of the Permanent Conference of Political Parties of Latin America and the Caribbean (COPPPAL), addressed to the ICAPP’s two Co-Chairmen, Hon. Jose de Venecia, Jr. and Hon. Chung Eui-yong, requesting them to send letters in support of Hon. Alejandro Moreno Cárdenas and his cause to the political leaders of Mexico, including Hon. Andrés Manuel López Obrador, President of Mexico.
