Dear Distinguished Members of the ICAPP Standing Committee,

The Secretariat would like to circulate the letters from AK Parti of Türkiye and the New Azerbaijan Party of Azerbaijan regarding the 11th General Assembly (GA) and the Special Conference on "Security and Cooperation: Role of Political Parties."

As informed in the letters, the 11th GA will be held 17-20 November in Istanbul back-to-back with the Special Conference which will be held 20-22 November 2022 in Baku.
